1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "37jili," "Platform," "Operator," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform operating under the domain 37jili.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces, licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 37jili Platform.
• "Account" refers to the unique user profile created upon successful registration on 37jili, through which all gaming, financial, and communication activities are conducted.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, features, payment processing, customer support, and related functionalities provided by 37jili, including but not limited to slot games, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and online sabong.
• "Philippine Peso" or "₱" or "PHP" refers to the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, in which all Account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register and use the 37jili Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the legal gambling age in the Republic of the Philippines;
• Be physically located within the territorial jurisdiction of the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 37jili, PAGCOR, or any other Philippine regulatory body.

2.2 Account Registration

Registration on 37jili requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. You agree that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated is truthful and verifiable. 37jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 37jili Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual, whether under different names, addresses, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 37jili reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts, void associated wagers, confiscate winnings, and forfeit Account balances linked to duplicate or fraudulent registrations.

2.4 Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and our internal compliance framework, 37jili implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Players may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as UMID, PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, or SSS ID) and proof of address. KYC verification is typically required before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱10,000 or at any time when suspicious activity is detected. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period may be restricted or closed.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 37jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 37jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security, including unauthorized withdrawals or wagers made using your credentials.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to keep all information associated with your Account accurate and up to date. This includes promptly updating your contact details, payment information, and residential address. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays in payment processing, failed communications, or Account restrictions.

3.3 Prohibited Account Use

You agree not to use your Account for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or any activity that violates these Terms, Philippine law, or PAGCOR regulations. You further agree not to allow any third party to access or use your Account under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

37jili accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 to 30 minutes to reflect in your Account balance.

4.2 Payment Source Verification

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 37jili reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership and to reverse or refund any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder.

4.3 No Deposit Fees

37jili does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees or charges, which are beyond the control of 37jili and for which we accept no responsibility.

4.4 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary deposit limits on their Accounts as part of our Responsible Gaming framework. Deposit limits can be configured on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Players may request withdrawals of available Account balances at any time via the Cashier section of the 37jili Platform. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with AML regulations. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, 37jili reserves the right to conduct identity verification, source of funds checks, and review of Account activity. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱10,000 require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if documentation is incomplete, inconsistent, or raises compliance concerns.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. 37jili does not charge withdrawal fees. However, payment providers or banks may impose their own fees, which are the responsibility of the Player.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Please refer to Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) and the terms of individual promotions for details on wagering requirements and withdrawal eligibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Promotional Terms

37jili offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus-specific terms are published on the 37jili Promotions page and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable cash. For example, a ₱100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered ₱3,000 before withdrawal eligibility.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

37jili strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, collusion with other Players to meet wagering requirements, irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent bonus terms, or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional offers. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses, winnings, and Account balances forfeited, and their Accounts permanently closed.

6.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

37jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of promotional changes, Players will be subject to the terms in effect at the time they claimed the bonus.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Fairness and RNG

All games available on the 37jili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair, random, and unpredictable outcomes. Game results cannot be influenced or predicted by the Operator, the Player, or any third party. Independent third-party audits of RNG systems are conducted regularly, and audit certificates are available upon request.

7.2 Game Rules and Payouts

Each game on the 37jili Platform has specific rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between a game display and the actual result determined by the RNG, the result recorded on 37jili's servers shall be deemed final and binding.

7.3 Bet Acceptance and Void Wagers

37jili reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at our sole discretion, particularly where we have reason to believe a wager violates these Terms, results from a technical error, or is part of fraudulent or collusive activity. In the event a wager is voided, the wager amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

7.4 Disconnections and Malfunctions

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay due to network issues, server downtime, or technical malfunction, any wager in progress at the time of disconnection will be resolved according to the game's internal state recorded on 37jili's servers. If a technical malfunction occurs that affects game outcome, the affected game round will be voided and all wagers refunded. 37jili shall not be liable for any indirect losses arising from disconnections or malfunctions.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.1 Fraudulent Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 37jili Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of stolen, fraudulent, illegally obtained, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals;
• Creation of multiple Accounts for any purpose, including bonus farming, fraud, or circumventing Account restrictions;
• Collusion with other Players, including sharing information about cards, games, or strategy in real-time to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological aid to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or Platform feature;
• Money laundering or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any interaction with 37jili;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8.2 Restricted Persons

The following persons are prohibited from registering or maintaining an Account on 37jili: employees, contractors, consultants, and directors of 37jili; immediate family members and household members of the foregoing; individuals registered on any PAGCOR or 37jili self-exclusion list; and persons under the age of 21. 37jili reserves the right to close any Account found to belong to a restricted person and to void all wagers and forfeit all balances associated with such Account.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by 37jili

37jili reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account — temporarily or permanently — at our sole discretion and without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe;
• A payment dispute or chargeback has been initiated against a deposit associated with the Account;
• A competent regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has issued a directive requiring Account action;
• The Player's continued use poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

During any period of Account suspension, 37jili may withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a breach occurred, any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent activity or in violation of these Terms may be forfeited.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 37jili's Customer Support team via live chat. Prior to Account closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Upon Account closure, all associated data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data retention requirements. A Player who closes their Account voluntarily may apply to re-register, subject to eligibility requirements, after a cooling-off period of 30 days.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from accessing the 37jili Platform for responsible gaming purposes may activate self-exclusion directly from their Account settings. Self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent exclusion are available. Self-exclusion restrictions cannot be reversed before the elected period expires. Players on self-exclusion are prohibited from re-registering and 37jili will void any wagers placed in breach of a self-exclusion order.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

37jili does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet disruptions, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. 37jili shall not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from Platform unavailability.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 37jili's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by the Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall 37jili be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Player Responsibility

Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that 37jili cannot guarantee winnings or outcomes. Each Player is solely responsible for their own wagering decisions and accepts that participation in online gambling may result in the loss of deposited funds. 37jili's responsible gaming tools are available to all Players to assist in managing gambling activity.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Dispute Process

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the 37jili Platform — including disputes regarding game outcomes, payment processing, bonus terms, or Account actions — Players must first contact 37jili's Customer Support team via live chat to initiate the internal dispute resolution process. All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 37jili will acknowledge receipt of a dispute within 2 business days and endeavor to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.

11.2 Escalation to PAGCOR

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by 37jili's internal dispute process, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory authority overseeing 37jili's operations. PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures apply to disputes between licensed operators and players in the Philippines. 37jili fully cooperates with all PAGCOR investigations and directives.

11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12. Amendments to Terms

12.1 Right to Amend

37jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such amendments may be made to reflect changes in Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, operational practices, or platform features. When material changes are made, 37jili will notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance

Your continued use of the 37jili Platform following the notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.2 before the new Terms take effect.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus or promotion-specific terms published on the 37jili Platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 37jili with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
